Fandango: Free Movie Ticket upto $15 - The Weight

Can anyone explain to me - I clicked on link - am a Fandango member. It shows I get

1 = $15.49
Convenience Fee $2.19

• Waived Fee Member Benefit-$2.19
• Discount/Gift Card(s) Applied
  -$15.00

So I get a waived Fee of -$2.19 the Ticket costs $15.49 so my final bill should be $0.49. It seems like the total includes the fee + 0.49 cents above the ticket discount of $15.

Why is this happening?

If I just go through link and add the movie it's $15.49 minus the Fee of $2.19 for a total of $15.49. So $15 off code should make total $0.49!
