I bought the original official case on release and really dislike it compared to the original switch 1 official case.

It doesn't feel that hard, or like it really offers much protection. It has one little flap inside to protect the screen and one mess pouch on the back for whatever; no game holders, or anything else really. That's why the made that other more expensive case.
